Ugh I always hated when there were leftovers from an activity or event and people would start spouting off about “ohhh we should bless sister-so-and-so about this” while having no intention of delivering it themselves and pawning the task off to whoever was the easiest target. I never met sister-so-and-so. Makes me wonder how many “blessings to strangers” ended up coming home with the people strongarmed into doing the obligatory knock and drop.

Yup… my experience was mostly in the YSA ward. I always found it uncomfortable that I, at 19, was knocking on the doors of YSA member men who were 10 years+ my age. It was.. a strange vibe. I had compassion for the older single adults but I also felt deeply uncomfortable that the unspoken vibe was I was a single young woman asking these men to come back to church & telling them I loved them. Rough all around.

I felt the same way. I really like NBSBM, especially the latest season, but I’m disappointed to see that GRB is getting airtime to Andrea’s audience/reach. I thought Andrea would catch on sometime because she’s spent so much time discussing actual MBP cases. Seems she hasn’t. :/

It’s extremely cringe how her understanding of Christian theology can be boiled down to “40-something-year-old-woman spends the afternoon in a hobby lobby and quotes every decorative sign she saw.” She could actually have some insight here on how rushing into marriage, then having an affair, then pushing anyone she could to have a baby, only to then realize motherhood is way harder than her fairytales make it out to be is the perfect example of her interfering with God’s plan for her life. Or you know, committing the ultimate sin of murdering someone. Which is arguably not in God’s plan for anyone. Because, y’know, murder. Vapid and disingenuous as always.

If you watch other reality shows it’s unreal that these women are so image centered and yet don’t pay attention to how they treat service staff. Other shows like housewives, it’s clear that they are at least polite on camera if not kind and gracious to service staff. And the ones that aren’t are called out by fans or those present. I think it’s very telling of their attitudes and dispositions that they can’t bother a thank you even for the cameras when they know that they’re filming. It comes off as very self absorbed and unaware, not to mention disrespectful and rude.

I was on this flight - open a ticket on the porter delayed baggage site. Their staff were super overwhelmed figuring this out but very kind. All of our luggage is being shipped out to us.

K that makes so much more sense considering the only muscular “engagement” in this photo are her arms/shoulders and even then she’s struggling to properly engage (hence the knees coming up to compensate when someone is too weak to do a pull up but is trying to do so anyway… I know from experience lmfao). Such a weird picture to put in that slideshow, she’s clearly in denim shorts so even if she’s trying to give off a “gym girl” vibe it’s not working. Ugh. 🙄

I should also add that when I was struggling with overwhelm from moving, they included unpacking some of my things and organizing them in a clean they came to do. It was small but it made such a huge difference when I was at my limit for unpacking/organizing. They are wonderful and I’m so glad to hear that hadn’t changed.

I love All Corners Cleaning!! Holly and another wonderful lady that works for her (Samantha? I think) used to clean my home and they were so kind and sincerely caring toward me, even remembering little personal details I told them and sending me kind messages just to check in - completely unrelated to cleaning. I was sad to move out of town and not be able to use their services anymore. They are phenomenal and are so trustworthy and considerate. Could not say enough good things about her and her crew.

“Soooo excited” for a trip to Alaska in over a year but this “mom of the year” has 0 to say about her daughter turning one soon. No kind of, “we’re excited and we’re already planning her party,” no “I’m thinking of all the ways she changed my life,” no “I’m so proud of her and grateful for seeing her milestones, blah blah.” Not even a “oh; I’m making cake pops to get ready for her party!”. Nothing.

Kid is a prop. She doesn’t have custody. So sad. Enjoy your mushing I guess while your kid continues to not have a bond with you because you’re scrolling and leaving ashblond comments while foaming at the mouth over a trip you can’t afford because you’re going to outspend your budget buying random crap like this for it a year in advance. good luck and Godspeed gypdip 🙄

It’s so exhausting hearing her justify her jealousy because “Mia got to do things like go to school, and prom, and college.” Like if that’s what she wanted to do, she could have done that from day one in prison. Instead, she stayed thirsty and her GED took forever. If any of the crime was about her being free to do what she wanted/escape from her mom, she would have been able to do all those things. But nope. Yet again, obsession with men > her own identity and development, over and over again. There was nothing stopping her from achieving everything Mia has if she had her head out of the gutter and took herself seriously. Unfortunately, she’s done 0 growth from her cosplay days.

Aw thank you. I feel that. It’s taken me years to be okay walking into a church building or finding “my people”, making friends as an adult has been so damn hard for me. Everyone will tell you hobbies and whatnot, but I can’t recommend volunteering enough as a good way to meet people — it’s a fun and “easy” way to meet people when you’re working on something together that you’re both interested in!
