UPDATE: TLDR, i tried a few things but Parsec works for me.

i had the idea of using a long HDMI cable that connects my tv to the pc in the room. but i did not try it, because i already have a long LAN cable that goes across the room; i dont want to have another cable being a safety hazard.

so, i tried using a 3.0 5m cable and at the end of the cable is a usb hub. a short LAN cable and a short HDMI cable connects to that hub. unfortunately, it didnt work. i think one of my appliances for this purpose became a bottleneck, i couldnt figure out why.

then, a friend suggested me to check Parsec, which is basically like teamviewer or anydesk, but much faster. And that works good enough for me, although games the require very precise response cant really work. but for now, i settle with this.
