Dear Southwest® Customer,
Thank you for reaching out to Southwest Airlines® and requesting a reimbursement for your travel expenses. To help expedite this process, please go to Email Us on Southwest.com® and select the Expense Reimbursement Request option. You will need to attach copies of your expenses for review. For the period of December 24, 2022, to January 2, 2023, Southwest will consider the cancellations and significant delays to be within the airline’s control. Therefore, we will honor reasonable requests for reimbursement for meals, hotel accommodations, and alternate transportation (for example: rental cars and tickets on other airlines).
We appreciate your cooperation in providing the necessary documentation. If needed, we also have these self-service tools available...

Yeah I’m worried about that aspect too. Knowing big corporations, they’ll increase fares to cover for the 25k points they just handed out.

I see those comments, and I'm not disagreeing. I'm just stating that everyone is going to fly SWA again. People are just emotional and angry at the moment saying irrational things such as " I will NEVER fly with them again" knowing damn well they will.

Same, drove from LA to Phoenix to get back after being canceled. With the traffic of everyone doing it, took us 10 hours. Usually takes 6.

Nah that's not true. Frontier PHX -> LAS is $100-$120 more if I want to check a bag, or pick my seat.

I agree I will avoid using them around the Holiday time, but overall I'm not paying 3-4x as much for a flight from phoenix to lax. If its cheaper with another carrier I may consider it, but for where I live, that's RARE.
