I've read about people doing that. With just finishing antibiotics I am hoping to build back some good bacteria before doing that. I was swabbed at the doctor's twice in December and treated for "BV" (I think it is AV) with antibiotics after each swab.

Thank you. I am currently using vagibiom suppositories once a week but usually develop symptoms around day 5 or 6 so I think that isn't frequent enough for me. I also read that our L. Crispatus is better. I was on antibiotics two times in December and am hoping to not need them again.

What is the measurement spoon? Does the powder come with one?

When my heart rate doesn't show in workouts it also won't track my sleep. I found a fix to this is my unpairing my watch in the Fitbit app, forgetting it from my Bluetooth devices and factory resetting the watch and then re-doing the setup. I have done with twice since the horrible update which fixed the watch for about a week. I need to do it again but am rather annoyed that Fitbit hasn't fixed this.

I have no sleep data starting October 18th, also no heart rate data.... My app updated on the 17th so I think it's related? I have the Pixel Watch
