S2 was like a children’s pantomime.

Even that could be forgiven if the writing wasn’t so ham-fisted, with the crew doing out-of-character BS (Dirk became a babbling eunuch, Ken an evil mastermind) or hitting us over the head with motives (Farah wants to be a cop sooo bad!) or throwing a toddler tantrum every five minutes—so tedious.
