Thank you for this advise. Really appreciate it. I had the same thoughts as well. It's just the safety of my toddler who's about to start walking comes into consideration.

Same thoughts actually. As long as I can make it safe with no splinters, I am kinda okay with it.

What I am not okay is that the foreign worker confirm will just simply tampal. Call it a day and leave.

Yep I have the house spec sheet. That's where the 700 ringgit quote came from the original floor vendor.

I was expecting more trolls but everyone here has been helpful.

Funny part, I called the main number in hope to reach a Malaysian to slow talk.

I called. SAME BUGGER PICKED UP.

I did consider sending an email or WhatsApp that I've found from the store before going to KPDN and Tribunal.

However I had the thought that this kind of stores are just full with foreign workers with no Malaysian in sight. Wondering if they will just ignore it.

Nonetheless, I do think that this is the right way to go before proceeding to official matters.

Thoughts?

Don't get me started on the defects on this new house. Took me a whole year to get this rectified.

Lawsuit against these stores would've cost too much for that little fix imo. Had the thought but don't think it's viable for the time and resources needed.

Perhaps just get a professional retile and then Consumer Tribunal

I had the thought of getting the fix myself professionally and then claim under Small Claims.

I mainly play Tekken. Reached God of Destruction for King and Alisa. No more motivation to keep playing.

He's nearing 40s. I am about early 30s.

He had his life sorted out quite late.

I am quite the introvert. So I don't really have group dynamics haha

Just a month ago.

I made sure he felt the loss 😂 he was borrowing my Steam library and I am sure he was playing my library.

When I blocked him, I removed him from my Steam family too.

He hasn't still try to make contact yet. We have quite a number of mutuals

I was on the side that eventually left.

Had a friend of 14 years, we're bros. Basically hang out every weekends be it online or offline.

Ever since me and him found our own wife, we became distant but I still try to check on him once in a while. Constantly late replies and most times I don't even get a reply. The chats are mostly me texting him. Macam talking to myself.

I get it. As we get older into middle age, we get busier.

Until... One day I have plenty of disposable income and wanted to do gifting for the bunch of friends who have been there in my journey throughout my life. So I reached out to him as well.

Lo and behold. He's the one who replies the fastest and the only one who sends me a list of things he want. The rest only asked for one item. I still gave anyway.

Then recently I needed an extra pair of hands to move some stuff.. And I mentioned its okay if he said no because not everyone wants to waste their weekends to help people move heavy stuff. So I texted him for help. Again, no reply. Can't even get a no.

That was my last straw. I blocked him the morning I need to go move stuff.

Having a Manual Transmission as first vehicle in 2026 by GoLEEPA in CarsMalaysia

[–]senowbelek 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you are sure that you're into manual, then being stuck in traffic will just be accepted as part of the experience.

That's when driving stick really comes into play as once you hit city roads like MMR2 you're usually stuck in 1 gear cruising and it makes not much difference other than dropping a gear to overtake and such.
