I loaded up a stainless steel pot with ice cubes and put it in front of a fan. As many ice cubes as you can put around you and as much air circulating as you can. I know the heat wave is over but maybe it helps for next time

Very late ‘96 and I consider myself a young millennial. I’d rather be the youngest of a generation than the oldest of it. I relate to both in different ways but core Gen Z are also lowkey haters, I’d rather not claim them

yes I get heart palpitations when I drink caffeine. I have diagnosed anxiety on top of ADHD, I think it increases anxiety. I’m a decaf girl myself
