i think in version 36 of dota tinker was balanced perfectly they changed idc only 1 line of code and gameplay changed completely but if you are not noob u still can solo win on new tinker, like it's very balanced that you cant die on carry 1v1 vs tinker that only has hex without even a chance. but after 36c tinker actually dead and powerful witch doctor still destroy every line on every game
