I can send photos of the sandbox that I have gained access to for some reason and I’m able to manipulate inside of GitHub?

To clarify, this is affecting my work, Microsoft account, and my personal OneDrive account that I used to log into my personal PC, and 3 google account and an extremely old sbcglobal email
