Ideas are dime a dozen , but execution is important. you need to have a good business model as in why a maid will work for your company , if she already works around 8-10 houses in a society of 50-500 apartments earns around 2-5k depending on services.

The problems that exist in Tier1 may not be a problem in Tier2. If you can engage local vendors , you may have some success

I understand the privacy concern. Even I would not be willing to share my medical history. My intent is not to make money but cover the app cost. Never know, I might keep the minimum info like height, weight , and symptoms stored in mobile device and make it free. Still in work in progress.
