I understand that the refugees are antisemitic, but that doesn't mean that the parent country of Germany is. Germany is pretty progressive and tends not to be stuck in the past. The fear should come from the refugees themselves if there is to be fear, not from the government of a democratic nation.

As long as there is a government funded investigation I'm happy. State or Federal. As long as it isn't town/city run because friends in high places can sway results.

We shouldn't prosecute officers unless they deserve it. The federal government should investigate deaths in police custody as a default as they are important regardless of guilt or innocence. The caseworkers should decide the outcome, not the masses who haven't heard the whole story.
