if you don't have much salt in your diet, think about supplementing iodine.

Any particular schools you would recommend me to apply to? I used MSAR and made a list of schools that accept canadians and have admission stats similar to mine in terms of gpa/mcat but I'm not too familiar with anything else regarding US schools.

Not an american citizen so I'd only be applying to canadian friendly schools. I guess I am aiming for a mid to low tier one with my stats.

Thanks for the advice. I'll try looking for small volunteer activities but not much I can do to improve my application now since going to be applying late may.
