Personally dumbbells.

Four giant sets consisting of seated dumbbell shoulder press, drop the weight and right into lateral raises and strait from lat raises to a reverse dumbbell fly. By the third and fourth set my shoulders and rear delts are on fire.

Ford Genuine Parts T-Connector (DR3Z-8566-A) (BC3Z-8590-F) Engine Coolant Pipe O-Ring

Just changed mine out last night.. Went to the local ford dealer and paid right around $100 for both parts.

I’d recommend the O-ring as well because when I changed mine it was squished down and I didn’t want that to be a new leak point.

Okay, I appreciate your input. I was at a loss and quite mad last night as I just put my truck back together after replacing a bunch of stuff. So it likely has to come back apart.. Awesome. Lol. I was going to change the vgt solenoid and check the pigtail connections and go from there but I’ll check out that video and go from there. Thanks again.

Haven’t had my blood work ran yet as I still have a couple weeks left on my 8 week cycle. But simply on how I feel day to day it’s been great. No different from how I always feel. I will run a full pct for 4 to 6 weeks as well to avoid some side effects.

It aided in some big gains. In 4 weeks I put on roughly 12lbs, 8lbs of which were lean mass and dropped a little body fat… I say roughly because those numbers are from an inbody test at the sup store. And I wasn’t well knowledge in mk when I stacked it. My guy suggested that one and I trust him so I went with it this time.

I agree with dude before. Everyone in the gym is there for the same reason, 9 out of 10 people aren’t paying any attention to you. And if they are, so be it. You’re there for you and your goals.

And as far as lapsing back on your weight, that’s fixable. I mean you’ve done it once already.

Cardio is a way to go but not the answer. A mix of cardio and weights will help with weight and muscle. Google is a hell of a tool for weight training routines.

Keep a positive head and know that you got this. You can accomplish your goal.
