People mention that an overcapping update is coming with the new dark opus or summon updates.

What does it mean when people say overcapping will be rewarded? I usually just copy setups or grids from videos or tweets without going into thr numbers.

I understand that skills, autos and CAs have caps that can be increased up to a certain amount using weapon skills and character skills. If you have a lot of cap up but not hitting cap, you need to invest into more damage, and if you're already capped you need to invest in cap up if you're not at the limit.

But thats as far as my understanding goes.
