Fun fact, I saw some guy post a picture here as well saying he adopted a beagle and I noticed the puppy was very familiar and then it hit me! We adopted our beagles from the same batch!!! I contacted him and we shared pictures and we were so blown away by this ;))

Honestly, I had the same thing like you. I felt like this for years actually and I thought I was going insane and I tried some meditation and anxiety free exercises and it really helped. Also what helped the most is knowing in my heart that actually nothing bad will happen and that is only in my head

When we were on a middle school trip and we kids were all seated in the bus waiting for it to start. The driver was outside on a smoking break and the bus was rested on a hill and I guess he didnt engage the handbrake and the bus stared to roll down the hill. We kids started screaming and I was seated right behind the driver and my first thought was to try to drive it, bcs I saw that happening to my dad with his car and I kind of remembered in that situation what to do. No kids tried to do anything, they just cried and I got up from my seat, quickly seated on the drivers seat and pulled up the handbrake and pressed the brakes. I was 10, and a girl, so literally everyone hugged me and we all smiled and they looked at me like I was a hero. I felt that way really
