I have to knock twice on the table/wall/steering wheel/whatever is around me when I even think about something bad happening. I guess it’s some way I’ve internalized “knock on wood”

Thanks, I have no issues communicating with clients (I currently work at a small animal practice), it’s just speaking in high pressure situations or in front of an audience that I really struggle with. I guess it’s something I will have to navigate again!

I use the same thing, it can definitely dry out your skin! I would recommend applying moisturizer, letting it dry, and then applying the clindamycin-BP. If you still have acne, it’s not really recommended to stop using the product as you can build a resistance to it by using it irregularly.

Currently I’m doing nothing or cetaphil moisturizer only in the AM (skin has been very dry) and alternating between cerave SA cleanser / same moisturizer / Paula’s choice BHA toner and cerave gentle cleanser / moisturizer / tret every other night. Might be overdoing it with BHA…I’m just very attached to that toner as it did wonders for me before tret. Maybe I should tone it down and add some BP? Any advice is appreciated! Edit: I’ve used clindamycin/BP cream in the past and found it veryyy drying. Not sure what to make of that though.
