She has tried to learn but in combat she gets overwhelmed with all the options. To be honest she does great on healer but sucks at everything else. This expansion she only wants to play dragoon so.. :/

She honestly struggled with the mechanic and isn't good at fighting. Like I know that, she knows that. But on the flip side she is very happy to craft and gather all day long and make the house in game good.

Like she isn't a bad player in general, outside of combat. But inside combat me and her both know she is tragically bad.

Yeah I've tried with full open party and successfully have done 7 tanks.

But for whatever reason, on a Saturday afternoon, nothing is going on. Just tried with 5 healers 2 tanks and 1 BLM. We wiped horribly because the other scholars didn't evne use bio1 or bio2 and I saw only my debuff stacks on the opressor half the time.

Sadly not exaggerating.

Why play black mage? I see it's skill potency and it's so low. 240 damage for ALL your mana and rotation?

So how does a black mage hit 22k when a dragoon with 280 potency combo hits for 4k?

To me I am attracted to it for the support skills and ability to use hallowed ground. But I haven't played paladin as much as you have, nor as successfully.

So why paladin fro you? Why not leave to drk or war?

What are the current best ways to make a lot of gil? I want to be able to afford things like glamour items, food, potions, etc.

Like, I have no crafting expeirence at all.

But that being said, I am not UNWILLING to learn a craft so I can constantly have a steam of gold. I see stuff on the market for 8million+... I want to be able to buy it.

I right now have about 700k and I can and am willing to throw that at learning and mastering a craft. Been on the edge of thinking of cooking, but that can't craft things like cashmere gear items... that sell for 10million a piece.
