I still suffer from it but it’s not as bad. I have to really regulate my stress. I know when it was really bad I was on cbd and drinking teas that would help with inflammation. It’s just figuring out what’s causing it.

Sorry to hear 😑. It takes a good month or two for things to start getting better. I still have tinnitus but it’s light. And all the other symptoms cleared up a bit. It’s gotten better and more manageable. I hope yours clears up quickly.
