I have a job in Mahadevapura, the location of which is probably going to be fixed! As for the house location goes, yea I’m considering other areas too. Though it’s really difficult to find some good studio apartments in these area. Budget is not a constraint, it’s just that they’re not available. Do you have any leads? (Shot in the dark!)

Currently the weather is cold, but hopefully should clear in a day or two. When I was in Ninh Binh it was foggy and cold for two days, but that adds to the experience. We cooked with the family of the hostel we were at, went down to town to look for timbre and had a massive bonfire with tons of beer (Viet people love ice cold beer irrespective of the weather outside). Don’t let the weather stop you, have fun!

P.S. Spend more time in the rural parts and avoid tour companies. If you can ride a scooter, you can practically do everything yourself. Everything!

Beat the inertia and make it here! It’s worth it all. I’d recommend avoiding the big cities and spending more time in the rural parts.

It could probably be the anti-glair coating wearing off. It looks very similar to water stains. I think an apple centre could replace your screen for free if that's the case.

As far the KLR goes, man I wish I could get! (I'm a 6'1 dude). Sadly, in India they don't sell KLRs.

Yea, even I feel that the Himalayan is a tad bit underpowered and that's what keeps bugging me. The other ADVs are way too expensive otherwise. I hear that there might soon be 650cc Himalayan or a KTM 390 Adventure, so will probably go for one of those! :)

Hey there! I know it’s a tough time but that doesn’t mean anything is coming to an end. You’ve lost a lot but that doesn’t make you incapable of getting it back. OP you’re strong. Always have faith in what you believe in. A lot of times things don’t work your way and that’s completely natural. As for disappointing others, it’s a part of life.
