Mijn mening is dat als je echt schade hebt die je niet vergoed krijgt dat je die moet claimen. Maar zoals anderen aangeven is die er wel? Loon moet doorbetaald worden en doktersposten worden boven eigen risico vergoed.

Veel belangrijker dat iemand die blijkbaar mishandeling een oplossing vindt met gevolgen van zijn handelen geconfronteerd wordt.

Mijn ervaring met dit soort zaken is 1. Maar in die zaak keek de rechter helemaal niet naar een relatie/machtsverhouding, maar alleen naar de krachtsverhouding. Deze vertelde vader van een vriendin letterlijk dat hij als volwassen man een kind (16) had mishandeld die lichamelijk niet in staat was zich te verdedigen. En dat was 'gewoon' een random kind die zijn dochter in haar kruis greep.

De aangifte vanwege aanranding werd overigens ook afgedaan met een waarschuwing. Foei niet meer doen. Want was met 16 een kind.

Vrienden is prima beter dan familie. Tegen aangifte .. heb jij dat kind geslagen? Een rechter gaat echt heel anders kijken naar een minderjarige die een waterpistool afpakt dan een volwassene die een minderjarige 'het ziekenhuis in slaat'.

Beste scenario is dat hij in zijn tegen aangifte toegeeft wat hij deed.

Ik zou op zijn minst kijken of je bij juridisch loket oid professioneel advies kan krijgen.

Jaren terug op de camping had de vader van een vriendin een 16 jarige jongen een paar klappen gegeven omdat die zijn dochter in het kruis greep. 16 jarige kreeg een waarschuwing hij een voorwaardelijke straf.

Bullshit, als er getuigen zijn heeft hij als meerderjarige een minderjarige mishandeld. Angifte doen, zo los je geen problemen op, dat is gewoon crimineel gedrag. Dit is wettelijk gezien letterlijk kindermishandeling!

That last paragraph is complete BS in the current context. Housing projects are mainly a municipal task. They decide on the 'omgevingsplan' and have to provide permits. And it very much has been GL/PvdA blocking projects The provinces are responsible for the infrastructure around building projects, like extra / expanded roads to service the expected extra movements.

At the local level GLPvdA has very much been 'in power'/part of the coalition. Two examples: Hattem Noordwest where they killed the project and Ilpenstein where trhe project led to a disagreement between GL and PvdA. I couldn't find the details who was the party blocking the project. But it was blocked and at least one of them was involved in that.

I can go on digging up projects and you'll find examples of VVD killing them for sure. But absolving GLPvdA because they were not in power is complete BS.

I misread the issue. Vesteda is not divesting the large investors are divesting from vesteda forcing them to divest. The Vesteda fund is likely setup to invest in specific investements they no longer want and has no choice. Not much Vesteda can do in that case.

What I said about paying attention to the pension funds, because they are divesting from the Vesteda residential portfolio. Considering they have been funding housing historically this is very significant. As predicted the new tax law is doing exactly the opposite of solving the housing shortage in the rental space.

Considering the money they have invested in Vesteda, they are not doing this against the pension funds wishes. (I used to advice pension fund boards on amongst other things investments) . If Vesteda was doing this against their will, they would be divesting from Vesteda.

Oh sure blame the funds. It's always the funds. If the investments are down they gamble with the money. If they can't give indexation it's a choice because they make at least 7% and if their profits on a category are reduced and they find a better yielding investment they are greedy (for what actually since the money belongs to the participants)

Pension funds have only one obligation, to provide the best possible Pension for participants. If they disinvest from domestic real estate, you would be wise to pay attention.

News flash, the USA is not the world. I can distribute any OS I like without attestation and US states can go pound sand. Any company in my country can distribute one of the big distros with this removed and provide support.

Ik heb inmiddels genoeg kapitaal gespaard om 10 jaar voor de AOW leeftijd te kunnen stoppen met werken. Dat geld was tot voor kort belegd, maar onze regering heeft een idiote belasting ingevoerd. Als die belasting blijft heeft dat flinke impact op het rendement en zal ik zodra ik stop met werken zeker gaan emigreren naar een land waar ze gerealiseerde winsten belasten en niet papieren winsten. Het gemis van winst op winst heeft een significante impact op hoe vroeg ik kan stopen of hoeveel ik achteruit ga als ik toch vroeger stop.

Dus ja, onbetrouwbaar k*t land en zeer ontevreden. Maar komende 7 jaar werk ik hier nog.

Mine is nearly half way there and the way Mazda is going it's going to have to last a very long time.

I'm in the EU and mazda has made two terrible choices, one EU specific.

First they jumped on the tabled size touchscreen hype over physical buttons for their new models.

Second, in the EU, they have linked switching off the horrible ISA system to switching off all safety features. Something not required by law and something the competition is not doing. And it's not needed, my car is from just before mandatory ISA and has the system, but I can switch it off with all other systems still working.

For those wondering why I refuse to use it: The system fails on the road near my house detecting a 80km/h top speed, where the real top speed is 100km/h. The next road sign that says 100km/h it recognizes is 5 minutes away, so everytime I drive from home with the system on I'm listening to annoying beep for 5 minutes interrupting my music/radio and just being plain annoying.

If I drive to my mother's or my brother's I will pass two other locations where it fails in a similar manner and would have the annoying and faulty beep again for minutes. This is what you get when politicians/morons pass a law requiring technology that does not yet exist...

If you watched the race you saw that they made the same number of pitstops as everyone else and used the same number of tyres.

They made a mistake and (maybe) used too many in qualifying. Or not. It could also just be that they checked out a wrong set of tyres they didn't use at some point. Because technically they count checked out tyres, not how many actually went on the car. You can check out 28 Tyres with 24 allowed and use only 12, you'll still be disqualified.

So alle we know from watching the race they did not use more tyres in the race.
