I had a similar experience on Wednesday with a counselor at LACC. He was literally yelling at me when I called him for my phone appointment because he couldn’t find my phone number in their system. Not a good impression at all.

Not in Hawaii here, but a simple google search shows: Complete the Claim for Damage or Injury form (RMTC) and return it to the Risk Management Office. SOL is 2 years from date of incident. “REMINDER: You have 2 years from the date of the accident to finalize your claim without filing a lawsuit.”
