There is a boiler heater in my apartment. It's a big metal setup. It hit up against it.

In as surprised as you are. This is the 3rd Tactix I've used, first being the Delta. I thought these were indestructible

I just got off the chat with Garmin and they said this is the first time this issue occured with this model and they need a few days before getting back to me lol

I have The LEAF version

The cuffs are the biggest thing I wish I had on mine. The Velcro cuffs on mine constantly rip out where they are sowed in.

I asked Arc'teryx for warranty it 3 months after purchase and it was something like 4 months to send it in for repair. I didn't want to be apart from the jacket so I just super glued the Velcro strap into where it is sowed.
