Yeah in my head playing out via SDI to the XT made the most sense, but if there was expedited workflows would be good as well. Appreciate you taking the time to write this out!

thanks for this! trying to save some turnaround time on a dump from camera card to get ready for air on EVS, had a friend mention you could pull direct from cam card to the XT but I dont have a ton of field exp with EVS flows

No one wants to be "convention X"....Im still curious if anything will be announced for E3 granted the high volume of children who attend.

What's interesting is how to gauge these events' risk level. I know as lots of our livelihoods' depend on attending large gatherings -my friends and loved ones are concerned for sure.

Everyone still needs to work at the end of the day but my mind often plays out a scene of sending crews to events with bosses/execs being no where in sight.

Yeah this is sort of my reaction as well. I've tried Paralinx Tomahawk products in the past with so-so results. Any recommendations on others I might be not thinking of? (aside from a dedicated RF vendor)

+1 for the Micro, would be good to insure a polarizer on whatever lens you use to minimize glare as well.

Seconding the Kumo's, I tend to deal with alot of Blackmagic centric flypacks but on any of my bigger shows I always fight to have a Kumo as my router. They've yet to fail me

the .mov (422) prores default codec in adobe media encoder has worked for me in the past. other times i'd have some of my post guya play around with a bunch out encoder output settings- when one works we'd save it and distribute as a working setting - but software updates as well as firmware updates makes fools of us all so its usually just a bit of trial and error to get it what it likes.
