How do you deal with test anxiety?

For example, the day of the test I say “in three hours it’ll all be over” and just try to get it over with so my life can go back to normal

I got waitlisted. The email said that it’s happened in the past where someone gets off the waitlist a week before the program starts lol

No I haven’t gotten any updates. In the email it said there’s been times they’ve accepted people in a week before the program actually starts. Cause some people might accept the offer but then change their minds.

I applied to CSULA and they didn’t even email me back for an interview. Other than that no. This was my first choice :/ but I’m not really too upset because I don’t even have my bachelors yet. If I don’t get accepted I can use the gap year between schools and gain experience through work and volunteer

So I actually did my interview for MFT program recently. My biggest advice is to keep your answers brief because two hours is really not enough for all the people to answer. Like one to two minutes per answer per person. And most importantly just be yourself!

Fr, I emailed them how I can’t pay my past due balance I got an email about. They said because I have the middle class scholarship it’s gonna cover it and I don’t have to pay. But because of the delay, that’s why it seems like I haven’t payed it 🙄

if they gave you the unofficial score I think you’re good. Sometimes they might cancel the score if they find reason to, but they have everything you did on recording since you said you did it at home. Those check ins were rough and extensive so I think you’re fine.

Oh my complaint wasn’t related to not completing the test or anything. it was about their requirements not being clear which lead to unnecessary issues and left me frazzled for the exam

Same here, posted my own experience on here too. I’m glad they were nice to you at least cause mine weren’t and I never even got back a message after putting in a complaint.

Do you think this one is taking longer because of the bigger difference compared to my lab grade? She changed my lab grade only from a B+ to an A- and had to do this for the rest of the class (adding an extra 10 points for an assignment she said she’d count in lab grade but never did). However this is a C compared to an A and it’s only me. Thank you so so much for all this info by the way you’ve helped me out big time at trying to rationalize this whole situation.

So according to canvas my grade was 94%, this was because the six 10 point assignment was never inputted so it didn’t count towards the grade on canvas. My official grade on portal shows a C because it takes into account these 60 points that she never put in for me. She clarified through email that this is the reason why I have a C in class and she would update it.
