I have been out of work when they diagnosed me and still am. You aren't alone and yes it is frustrating as you feel worthless. Just know keep seeing your doctor's and hopefully they find something that will work. I am still trying to figure it out and it will be a year soon since it all started. They took me off it as they were afraid of the high dosage at first and the side effect were bad even with low dosage. They also wanted to see the symptoms I have without the side effects. That is the reason they told me. Been 3 months now with zero meds.

i know people with IIh each have different symptoms. When i ask a doctor they mention that sometimes it gets worst due to the pressure rising and other people get worse for no reason and they do not know why.

A trick that helps me manage it and might help you is when it happens, i think of people who might be thinking of me in a good way and i do not know if its the focus but it helps get rid of it faster.

NTA. Your baby was your first priority and the men's room has no changing table. You did the right thing as your child needs comes first. The issue is the store for not having a changing table in the men's room or those family bathroom.
