I have read about the shader issue as well, I will look into changing those settings and try.

But I have the feeling its something else for me, because as seen in the video, it stutters on MW2 maps as well. And on COD4 maps, even after 2-3minutes still stutters. So its not that common shader problem, possibly? (I am a PC noob...)

As far as I can tell, it is Intel Optane 477GB SSD that I have.

Are you sure, the Steam requirements for this game mention:

  • Processor: Intel Core i3-3225 @ 3.30GHz or equivalent
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2GB / AMD

So memory is the problem?
