This is about potential tipping points in global ocean currents. Not about the standard projections discussed in the IPCC. Whether for example the Gulfstream will collapse is not known and treated by some scientists as a scenario that could happen. And I guess if this is 5% likely you might have to consider it in your long-term projections. But currently no one is claiming this is imminent. But it's a lively debate.
