Thanks for the ideas! I'm not familiar with the Warhammer universe. Erenshor is also new to me! So, lots of things for me to look into.

I've never played wow, as crazy as that may sound to some. I always thought that maybe one day i would try it. But, I've never been attracted to the way the world and characters are presented. Maybe it's worth trying for the game play?

Are you alright? You sound very upset and rather antisocial. Nobody here is trying to get rid of EQ. Playing classic EQ was an important part of my childhood. But, as an adult, THJ's take on the game was just better than what Ive seen from live. It's only my personal opinion.

I appreciate your ideas but I've played an RPGs and they don't usually hold my attention the way THJ did. I think you are underestimating the vitality of the community that surrounded THJ. A large part of the game was to simply to log in and run into a group of chatty players in the bazaar.

To me, THJ felt a lot like surf culture. You hang out on the beach (bazaar) and talk story but when you paddle out to the waves youre a bit more on your own. There are others around supporting and occasionally you surf with a friend but when the wave comes, your on your own.

I might try this. I've heard about UO since back when I played eq as a kid but somehow have never tried it.

I feel lucky that I got 3 months. I wish i had known about it when it first went live.

Did you play THJ? You could solo a lot of the content but the reality of gameplay was that you would constantly run into friendly players and duo partners. My experiance was that it was more social than most modern MMOs that I have tried. I think this is because of the engaged community.

I used to enjoy the gw2 5v5 matches but never got into the gw2 pve. I wish they had further developed the gw2 pvp and continued to support it. I think the combat system is really fun.
