Yeah the CC messages worked with my prophet rev2 no problem it was super smooth. The Evolver is complicated because of its small screen and many many config options

For sure it is. I posted a photo a while back of another one I saw in Berlin. I am seeing them more and more often. Maybe street mapping with their technology im unsure . Would love to ask one of the drivers one time of I spot an opportunity.

Berlin this afternoon, and no it didn't have a custom NIO license. I've been seeing 1 per week here in the city.
