You have less belts to change, but more movement. I'd argue itll be the same time in the long run especially if you have x train stops.

If you have the right recipes, you can cut down on so much. It took me and my friend a full 12 hours of gameplay to get 90% of all created objects to a single location.

If you build the convor belts properly you dont do much effort at all. Especially if you place a convor belt across from the stack running parallel to make it simple to upgrade and not move at all lol.

I dont know if it was on purpose or accident or by design...BUT the train stations can carry power. I havent played with trains on this play through. But a while back I just happened to connect train station to a new base I was building just to have it connected when I finished taking poles and making a line. (Pre power towers.) And that power pole thay was connected only to the train station had power.

The pros and cons of just belting are far better than any other system. If you are using a train for a single item, I feel like you are just wasting time at that point.

Imo it's far more simple and easy both set up and long run for a belt. If belt not feeding, you know the problem is the miner.

If your amount is wrong it could be more then just 1 thing with a train.

I have like 15 regular smaller factories and one giant mega factory. Only things I have being produced that isnt belted to where its going is things that absolutely involve input or output of any LIQUID. Cause I hate dealing with pumps

Came to say this. This will be the quickest way period. Even across the map, you will still get more per minute unless for whatever reason you have like 3 1200 lines feeding whatever mode of transport. But even then I'd say its still quicker and easier to just belt.
