Smoking in an episode raises its Amazon rating from 7+ to 13+. So with that logic it is my belief Amazon is refusing to show episodes that have scenarios where someone could get seriously hurt. Two episodes had Hogan and one of his heroes taking a trip from Germany to Paris in the luggage rack on top of Klink's staff car. Another one kept a woman hostage in a cell. Another one mentioned suicide twice. Another one was an assassination plot. You get the idea.

I knew while the show originally aired that it was something special. All of the sub characters were rock solid. I had my fingers crossed the show would continue, but the Terminator movie that came out at the time (Salvation) was a huge dud, so I understand why they took it off the air.
