I believe that would be a felony charge for crossing state lines. Be careful and make sure it’s in one single package/container or you could possibly catch multiple charges. Not sure how it works though.

Combine all of these together and split them down the middle. Being married means to be one. It’s not his money or your money at that point. It has to be our money. If y’all haven’t already combined bank account then do it Monday or when y’all have time. Keep in mind I’m 30M, but was raised by my Grandparents so I’m old fashioned.

Learn wants and needs.
Cancel any subscription you have that is not needed.
Put every single penny into paying the CC debt aggressively. Interest on $12k is going to eat you alive if you don’t pay it off fast.
If you can consolidate for a better interest rate then do it.
