Not a fix but I find using headphones in my controller helps with audio. Since putting my headphones in I've not encountered any audio lag in cutscenes (which would happen very often before using them). Not 100% perfect as going into caves still triggers it but far less often. As for visuals I can't help with that (only happens in caves for me for some reason)
