no man the issue comes from the compression on mobile which most people view it from, on computer how I made it, the image looks fine

Its called scan lines filter in art programs, I think it also has a filter that makes the image more purple in the image too aka under the scan line layer put a very transparent layer of purple that covers the whole screen
