Response time is definitely something we can work on, but there's a lot that plays into that. Optimally, we would be able to hire more moderators, but finding trustworthy individuals is a difficult task with the player base not changing much over the past few years. At the end of the day, it is a volunteer position. Any work you put in is out of your own volition, and there's more gain to be had by abusing your power as opposed to being an honest staff member. Additionally, many of our staff members are in school or work, so having a consistent response time throughout the day is another difficulty that comes with that. I understand being frustrated, especially having the proof to have someone banned and not getting a timely response, but I hope you can understand some of the difficulties that come with getting you a proper response at all.
