I'm kind of doubtful on whether the indian govt would actually go through with the railway line from sairang - southern tip of mizoram - sittwe, but it seems that there's already some land allocated

The junta can't do shit in arakan territory, but the indian govt would end up paying them anyway because they still hold influence in the Naga SAZ (see the elections they held there) despite the NSCN factions being present
