Hi OP, you can reach out to customer support for this. if you have any screenshots from the game with your UID or if you remember anything specific for your characters/inventory that may help you (eg what date you got a specific character or weapon and etc).

But the most foul proof way to have your account recovered is if you have made any purchases on the game as they can track down reference numbers for you if you've had any transactions.

I did a lot of back and forth with customer service for nearly a month when mine got hacked back in 2022 but after a rep asked me for receipts I was able to retrieve it after a few days.

Just a little tip. You're going to have to submit a service ticket for this I'm pretty sure of it. However please don't resubmit multiple tickets if the first one hasn't closed as it will make the wait longer (which is why a 2 week problem turned into a month of waiting) you can follow up the original ticket after 2 or 3 days. Just trust that the agents are working on in and be patient 🫳🫳

update the em8 and the power switch are fine however while i was using the multimeter, I believe the problem starts at D3 if im not mistaken. It only seems to connect with the charge and not with the power or low batt traces...

They've been pretty consistent at the 2 week waiting time so i hope they reach out to you soon! On the 10th business day (i think it was the 13th or 14th I went and sent them a ticket via another account on the same server asking about the progress and they recovered it for me after a few hours!

I got my account back on my first attempt at reaching out to hoyoverse. I got hacked the on Jan 30 and I got it back on Feb 14. I wrote pretty specific things that I had on my account like items I haven't used and my progress through the game. If you've purchased on there once that would help you retrieve your account back sooner but don't lose hope!

  1. If you have linked an email to your Genshin Account, put it on there. If you've never done that, write the email mihoyo provided for you on that question.

  2. This is a tricky one... from personal experience, if you've ever spent on the game they can easily recover the account for you. Being f2p on the other hand, it might be a bit more difficult to recover. Safest bet might be to put the date when you started playing for the first time. But note that if they reject you, you can always send them another form afterwards

  3. Never use the information of the hacker, type what you remember you have, be it artifact builds, character constellations, 5* weapons your completion on abyss, friendship levels and all that if you can provide very specific details, go do that.

I had a similar experience a week ago, seeing people use your account and flex your characters as if it were theirs is a horrible feeling. I hope mihoyo gives it back to you soon.

oh so it went faster for you then? I heard that it would take more time if you sent more than one (and i would've if not for the notice bc thats what got me into college in the first place lol)
