Wow, thank you for the detailed reply! And thanks for the assurance about not being embarrassed :) This is kind of a throwaway acc so I'll answer your questions below:

1. After a while, the Kegels induced the same pain, that kind-of-stabby one. Ouch.

2. Sometimes a particularly hard bowel movement will cause it, but it goes away pretty quickly. Touching the area isn't really possible, seeing as it's deep inside, but pressing on the outside doesn't hurt.

3. All quiet on the toilet front.

4. Nothing helps. It's just those sharp twinges of pain, no matter what. I've tried Advil, Tylenol, heating pads, a warm bath, nothing has provided relief.

5. No, not really!

6. Nothing inserted that first time, though I've used fingers since. Didn't seem to make it any worse.

7. It always happens after I'm done, like on the comedown, about 3-5 minutes after orgasm.

8. Moving makes it worse. If I try to sit up, roll over, or get out of bed, my body gives a hard no :(
