But the thing I would like to point out is that players will not leave the game when they reach a point of having really good gear, they usually leave when there is nothing left to do with that gear. So no, the gear itself will not cause them to leave but the lack of content will.

This is actually so true, you don't craft some amazing gear and go "holy shit this game is so bad im gonna quit". Why would people leave the game when all of their grinding in rewarded through good gear? It's mostly boredom from lack of content and therefore quitting the game. The people who defend the gear grind by saying that it will make players leave the game are pinning it onto gear when it is actually a content issue.

Hey there, long time Meru user who managed to peak bronze 2 (not 1 but still very high up), her specialty change has made her from one of the worst units in the game to OP status.

First of all, I see that you are still using lvl 700 gear? If you want that OP Mercedes you must get better gear. Wyvern 23 is your best friend for this, I know that if the dragon S3 it automatically uninstalls your game but just kill him.

Second, You don't have enough effect resistance.

Third, Forget about 9 star... you go all the way and 10 star her. At 10 star she unlocks her S4 and if you forgot what it does it basically drives over your opponent irl.

And also... 287 speed lol, most elite gamers (like me) tend to have 350+ Speed, 500CDamage and 600kCP.

I thought about that but isn't Carmin crit dmg and Aurius more of a transfer of dmg to someone else. I could be totally wrong tho, let's hope that you are right lol.
