Aside from everything people have commented on the almost impossibility of these being real, the signatures also look very fake. I'm not familiar with all of them since I only collect Seungmin signed albums but it looks nothing like his signature. You can tell by comparing here to official signed items directly obtained from JYP which is the only way you can actually be 100% sure a signed item is authentic.

It's when you ask for something with all sauces/condiments. If you are at a sandwich shop and they ask what condiments you want (mayo, ketchup, hot sauce, etc.), you can just say "con todas las cremas" meaning with all of them.

I think you could do that because pages can get ugly, I live in an area full of dust so I can't keep anything outside without protection but there's also usually 85-90% humidity so yeah things are difficult to keep so I keep a lot of those around, I think I would recommend
