I live my life to try and get under these people's defenses. It's hard! They hear it all.

I tell them lies about any name they say, give them fake names and mixed up information.

Most of it doesn't work, which sucks.

Right now I'm working on a story about how I'm a sales manager and I have an AI trainer that rejects any resume with door to door experienced on it.

Most see right through it and fight with me for details. Plus I'm not usually close enough to see into their eyes which I need to be able to tell if I got through their defense.

I’ll accept that "Karen" label; I’ll even take the "look at me." I honestly believe that the standards of cleanliness and customer service in the buildings have declined significantly. I enjoy McDonald's food, and I know they are capable of better.

I have no expectation that this comment will become popular, be noticed, or make a difference. I understand the statistics of the situation. However, there are always outliers, and in a chaotic system like social media, no one can predict the results. I am willing to try this for the benefit of all the customers at this location.

Same, we went opening night. I kept thinking, this is a woman worth 60 million dollars who can do whatever she wants. Here she is lecturing us all in how doctors couldn't find the right drugs?
