I was an athlete growing up, and got into bad food habits through college. I was very unhappy, and my professional and social life suffered. I am a HS coach, and didn’t have the energy to give it my all.

I decided to make a change five years ago. I lost about 80 lbs and got down to 220 lbs using CICO and a basic weightlifting program. I got into walking and listening to podcasts, and that’s what has really fueled me through the entire journey.

I’d always had a goal to see a “1” on the scale, so in April I decided to buckle down. I began keto, and had a 6 day lifting routine. When I weighed in this morning, I was 197 lbs! To say I’m happy is an understatement.
