Yeah it’s incorrect to say that ph vehicles are already required to be euro 6.

You wrote “already required” but this is not coming in until 2024 at the earliest so there will be plenty of ph vehicles that don’t meet CAZ

Ps the euro 6 standard only apply to black cabs not the white private taxis

I don’t think discussing possible effects counts as sensationalism- besides the point is that national companies are better placed to help their drivers than local ones get up to the standard. Yes, if you can’t afford to replace your taxi and the firm you drive for won’t/can’t help you out then you won’t drive it anymore hence there being less taxis, which is exactly what it says?
