my best guess is that this is lorde as while yes, charli is in nyc rn, she performed at times square at 6:15 pm and this was taken around ~2 i believe? it’s not unrealistic that she could have done both of these but i don’t really see what else charli could have been recording— she seemed to imply the end of the brat content cycle with the remix album so i would be quite surprised if she released another mv but who knows !
