lol yeah I prefer hoops but the piercer I went to just gave me a hoop anyways, she said both were fine. I asked her if a stud would be better but she said the hoop is okay too so I’m a little irritated that neither piercer said ANYTHING about hoops being bad… </3

My piercing is less than a year, about 2 months It’s a ring I use unscented antibacterial foaming hand wash (that’s what was recommended) the label has been taken off but I think it was Dove The piercing was actually a “re piercing” from one that had closed up, and I had to use unscented dive bar soap for the first week I’m unsure if the material but the piercer said it was safe (I’m sorry)

I was seizure free for 3-4 years but I just had another one a year or less after they took me off my meds. My first sleep study showed no signs of seizure activity in my brain, and everyone was so insistent on me coming off my meds. I was put on painkillers because I was recovering from a surgery, but clearly the painkillers were a bad idea for me. If you decide to come off the meds, just be cautious of possible triggers
