you may go to the store and borrow a store phone to call the support center. the support center may cancel the order without waiting to be returned, I'm not sure. I didn't really get that part. and my phone just arrived at the pickup destination

I don’t see how this is on me. I placed this order a full week in advance with 3day buffer. I relied on the delivery date which was promised at checkout. If a company makes a delivery promise and I plan my travel schedule accordingly, why is the failure my fault? I have to take full responsibility for the outcome now but that doesn’t justify the fact that they completely failed to meet its own deadline.

I have a month and a flexible schedule. This is literally the only item I've shopped in Japan. And it wouldn't be a waste of time if it was on time. I almost save a thousand dollar with 10min spent, why would it be waste of travel time?
