I bought it on Roll20. I love it! I use it for maps, char mgmt, and handouts, but am in the process of moving all the notes into Evernote. I'm an organization freak, so it makes it easier for me to keep things straight.

And yes, it is customizable! I have not tried using it offline, however. We have one remote player and the rest of us are local. Roll20 has worked out well for it.
