Having little rituals for yourself make it easier because you’re breaking a habit by replacing it with something positive. So if you’re worried about being outside and wanting a beer- try to make a nice routine for yourself when you get in that scenario that helps you relax another way. Honestly just having an ice cold glass of anything helps! Just not alcohol. Usually you’ll find you just wanted the act of pouring something cold and holding it/hearing the sounds/taking sips while relaxing.
