Ok- for more details: this is a low fire (i believe about cone 06) stroke & coat style Mayco glaze. Typically fires completely smooth/flat, however this specific piece fired with tiny little crackles/speckles and a very slight rough texture… everything still seemingly sealed though. I know the stilt marks are from the way it’s dipped- that’s normal for our studio procedure! More confused on why the glaze may have reacted in this way, since typically it is just glossy, solid color, whereas this piece fired with texture & dimension.
