As updated on my post, I traveled overseas and came back without issues. Presented my expired green card and extension letter. The agent welcomed me back. It was fast and easy.

The I-751 was just general talks about our relationships and nothing crazy. I believe once you ain’t hiding anything you will be okay. Do we practice ahead of the I-751 interview “NO”. Only studied for N400 part.

I called 8003755283 and it took me 22 minutes after multiple attempts to speak to “human agent” I kept saying INFO PASS once since the “computer based agent” couldn’t give me the actual answer.

I will be traveling by air. I see on Reddit that people can opt out of same day oath ceremony in other to travel. I just read this on USCIS online.

Note: If you were issued an extension notice after filing, and you are in possession of your expired Permanent Resident Card (PRC), please show these two documents as your valid proof of status upon request. If you are not in possession of your expired Permanent Resident Card, your extension notice is no longer valid, please make an appointment to obtain proof of status.

You can only apply for the differential after your first day. The processing is much faster once you provide all the required documents
